Gaylene is an accredited coach and consultant. She uses her 20 years of professional cultural arts leadership experiences, working at The British Film Institute, Arts Council England, and Toronto International Film Festival, to support personal and artistic growth and development in her clients.
Gaylene supports writers, artists and creative organisations seeking to make changes around process and practice. Gaylene provides one-on-one sessions and group workshops. Her clients include: Spread The Word, Royal Opera House, Young Vic and National Theatre.
Gaylene has written several cultural essays and think pieces for publications such as Creative Blueprint, as well as a series of essays entitled ‘Interior Dialogues’, which map the internal process of writing, for The Writer’s Hub.
